And, second, she has a hat for every occasion. If you guessed, Judge Mary Terrell, you are correct. Judge Terrell founded the High Tea Society (HTS) in 1997 to provide educational and cultural enrichment activities for girls who attend the District of Columbia Public Schools. Twenty seven years later, HTS continues to deliver impactful programs for girls. To that end, in May 2024, we received a grant from Events DC to launch a BigSis digital ethics programs for girls.
