Well, thanks to supporters like you, the High Tea Society has been working to reverse this trend by providing educational activities for DC girls since 1997. In 2021, we took a leap into the digital age by launching the Purple T.E.A.™ software application to teach girls the importance of making good decisions in real time.
The Purple T.E.A.™ app features a library of videos of girls and women sharing stories of agency and impact. We believe that our girls, many of whom are raised by distracted guardians with no access to intergenerational wisdom, will benefit from best practices shared by others.
